We used Velia all week during our trip to the Amalfi coast. They were amazing - their drivers were great. One time the driver was caught in an accident beyond their control and they were a little late. They sent me flowers! THAT is customer service! I would recommend them to anyone. They were reasonable, professeional and the vehicles were very clean.

Our family was visiting Sorrento with hopes of taking the train to Pompeii. This occurred during a train strike and Velia saved the day! We were extremely fortunate to find her at this time and were safely taken to Pompeii. During our drive there I expressed my desire to also see Herculaneum but worried that there would not be enough time to do both sites in the day. We had limited time in the area. Velia discussed a doable plan and her lovely husband, Ernesto, came back to pick me and my family up from Pompeii after our tour and brought us straight to Herculaneum. Ernesto waited for us the entire time and brought us back to Sorrento. It was like having a private chauffeur for the day at a reasonable price! Velia was lovely and texted us dinner suggestions that were not tourist heavy, some of the best meals we had on the trip. Velia's English is particularly strong (written and verbal) and that made communication and planning very easy as our Italian is poor! Wonderful couple, professional and friendly and very accommodating. Can't wait to come back!
